Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Australia: 7–15 business days
New Zealand: 8–18 business days
United States, United Kingdom & Canada: 8–20 business days
Rest of world: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, customs processing, public holidays or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, if available.

Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

PawTrail is not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the details before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.

Delayed Orders

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can sometimes occur.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we will help check the status of your shipment.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the shipping provider.

In some cases, we may request additional time for the courier to complete their investigation before a replacement or resolution can be offered.
